4. Early Discontinuation

A severance fee equal to 25% of the remaining balance of your program fee will be charged. This fee compensates for the administrative costs and lost opportunities resulting from your early exit.

5. Refunds

Except as explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all payments to My Neighborhood Niche are non-refundable, including but not limited to the severance fee incurred by early discontinuation of the program.
